Guinness Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
1.5 oz salted caramel vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur e.g., Kahlúa
1 oz fresh espresso hot or chilled
Splash of Guinness stout
Ice cubes
Directions:
Prepare the Shaker:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the salted caramel vodka, coffee liqueur, and fresh espresso.
Shake Well:
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
Strain into a Glass:
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Add Guinness:
Gently pour a splash of Guinness on top for a creamy, foamy finish.
Serve & Enjoy:
Optionally, garnish with coffee beans or a light dusting of cocoa powder for an extra touch of elegance.
