Ground Beef Stroganoff Noodles

A creamy and comforting classic thats quick and easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

8 oz egg noodles

2 cups beef broth

1 cup sour cream

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika


1/2 tsp dried thyme optional

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.

Add the egg noodles to the skillet and stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.

Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the sour cream. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
