Grinch Christmas Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Green gel food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup red heart sprinkles for decoration
Directions:
Prepare the Baking Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some paper to hang over the sides for easy removal later.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and completely melted.
Add Color and Flavor:
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Add a few drops of green food coloring, mixing well until you reach the desired Grinch-green color.
Pour and Decorate:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle red heart sprinkles evenly over the top, pressing them lightly to ensure they stick.
Set the Fudge:
Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the fudge is fully set. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, and cut into small squares.
Serve and Enjoy:
Enjoy your festive Grinch fudge! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
