Grilled Steak & Shrimp with Creamy Garlic Sauce 數
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 filet mignon steaks 數
Salt and freshly ground black pepper 蓼
1 tablespoon olive oil 㮝
1 tablespoon unsalted butter 杻
For the Shrimp:
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil 㮝
1 teaspoon garlic powder 龍
Salt and black pepper to taste 蓼
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter 杻
3 garlic cloves, minced 龍
1/2 cup heavy cream 拏
1/4 cup beef broth 北
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Steak:
1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides 蓼.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.
3. Add butter 杻 to the skillet and baste the steaks for extra flavor. Remove and let rest.
2 Cook the Shrimp:
1. In the same skillet, heat olive oil 㮝.
2. Toss the shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
3 Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1. In the same skillet, melt butter 杻 over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant about 1 minute.
3. Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4 Assemble and Serve:
1. Plate the steaks and top with shrimp.
2. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the steak and shrimp.
3. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
