Grilled Cheese with Avocado and Tomato 燎
Ingredients:
4 slices of rustic bread
1 ripe avocado sliced or mashed 陋
1 medium tomato sliced
4 slices of your favorite cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or provolone 燎
2 tbsp butter softened 杻
1 tsp garlic powder 龍
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Bread:
1. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Sprinkle garlic powder lightly over the buttered side.
2 Assemble the Sandwich:
1. Place one slice of bread buttered side down on a cutting board.
2. Layer with cheese, avocado slices or spread mashed avocado, and tomato slices.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add another slice of cheese on top for extra meltiness.
5. Cover with the second slice of bread buttered side up.
3 Grill the Sandwich:
1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
4 Serve and Garnish:
1. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly.
2. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for a fresh touch.
