Garlic Butter Surf & Turf Skillet 數

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 sirloin steaks 數

Salt and freshly ground black pepper 蓼

2 tablespoons olive oil 㮝

1 tablespoon unsalted butter 杻

For the Shrimp:

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil 㮝

1 teaspoon garlic powder 龍

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste 蓼

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tablespoons unsalted butter 杻

3 garlic cloves, minced 龍

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped

For Garnish:

Lemon slices

Fresh parsley


Instructions:

1 Prepare the Steak:

1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides 蓼.

2. Heat olive oil 㮝 in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.

3. Add butter 杻 to the skillet and baste the steaks for extra flavor. Remove from the skillet and let rest.

2 Cook the Shrimp:

1. In the same skillet, heat olive oil 㮝 over medium heat.

2. Toss the shrimp with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper 蓼. Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

3 Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

1. In the same skillet, melt butter 杻 over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic 龍 and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley . Simmer for 1 minute.

4 Combine and Serve:

1. Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top.

2. Garnish with lemon slices and more fresh parsley .

Tips:

Serve with mashed potatoes 凜 or steamed asparagus 復 for a complete meal.

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red chili flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
