Fresh and Citrusy Lemon Zucchini Bread!

Ingredients:
1 cups shredded zucchini
cup sugar
cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp lemon zest
tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
tsp cinnamon
tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325F and grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
Beat zucchini, sugar, oil, and egg in a bowl.
In another bowl, sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Stir into zucchini mixture.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
