Ingredients:
3 slices of bacon, diced
4 oz chicken breast, cubed
4 oz tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
cup fresh pineapple, chopped
3 cups cooked jasmine rice
3 beaten egg yolks
3 shallots, sliced
1 red Thai bird chili pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons whole cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons curry powder
Green onions, finely chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Fry bacon in a wok until crispy, then set aside.
