Easy Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 medium spaghetti squash
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1 Preheat the oven to 400F 200C.
2 Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3 Place the squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
4 Use a fork to scrape the squash flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
5 In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add the marinara sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
6 Toss the spaghetti squash strands with the marinara sauce, then top with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
7 Serve immediately and enjoy!
