Easy 5-Ingredient Salmon
A simple and flavorful salmon dish ready in just minutes!
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
