Earthquake Cake
Ingredients:
– 1 cup flaked coconut
– 1 cup chopped pecans
– 1 15.25 oz German chocolate cake mix
– 1 cups water
– cup vegetable oil
– 3 large eggs
– 1 8 oz cream cheese
– cup unsalted butter
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 4 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Layer coconut and pecans in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
2. Pour prepared cake batter over the layers.
3. Spread a cream cheese mixture over the batter.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
