Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup brewed cappuccino, cooled
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
cup cocoa powder
tsp baking soda
tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350F 175C. While the oven warms up, grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan to ensure your cake slides out effortlessly.
2. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together until well blended.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy. Add the cooled cappuccino, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and sour cream to the eggs, mixing them until they create a smooth mixture.
