Instructions:
1 Marinate the Chicken:
1. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper 蓼.
2. Add chicken strips to the mixture and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.

1. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper .
2. Remove chicken from the marinade and coat each strip in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
3 Fry the Chicken:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350F 175C .
2. Fry the coated chicken strips in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
4 Assemble the Sandwich:
1. Slice the sandwich rolls and spread buttermilk ranch dressing on both sides.
2. Layer fresh lettuce leaves 塞, then add crispy chicken strips.
3. Drizzle more ranch dressing on top for extra creaminess.
