1 kg 2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

蓼 1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

籠 2 tbsp olive oil

龎 1 tsp garlic powder

龎 1 tsp onion powder

龎 1 tsp smoked paprika


1 tsp dried oregano optional for extra flavor

How to Make It:

1 Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400F 200C and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top optional for extra crispiness.
