Classic Corn Fritter Bread
A soft and savory bread packed with sweet corn kernels.
Ingredients:
1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients – Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Prepare Batter – Whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients.
Add Corn – Fold in corn and cheese. Mix until well combined.
Bake – Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.
Cool & Serve – Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy with butter or a dip!
