Cinnamon Donut Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the topping:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a loaf pan.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Combine wet and dry: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Prepare for baking: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Add the topping: In a small bowl, mix the topping sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it evenly over the batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
