2 tablespoons lime juice
teaspoon chili powder
teaspoon salt
For the Cilantro-Lime Honey Chicken:
1 pound chicken breasts, sliced
teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon butter
For the Rice:
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
Instructions:
Peach Salsa:
Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, green onions, and cilantro.
Season: Add the lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Stir well to evenly coat all the ingredients.

Cilantro-Lime Honey Chicken:
