Chicken, Apple, and Brussels Sprout Sheet Pan Dinner
A cozy and flavorful one-pan meal with savory chicken, sweet apples, and caramelized Brussels sprouts!
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Brussels sprouts halved
2 apples cored and sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Arrange the chicken breasts, Brussels sprouts, and apple slices on the sheet pan. Drizzle the sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly. Spread out in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked internal temperature of 165F or 74C and the Brussels sprouts are golden and tender.
