Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 425F 220C.

2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until well coated.

3. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the florets are evenly covered.

4. Spread the cauliflower mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.

5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and has a golden-brown color around the edges.

6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower.

7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
