Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
A quick and flavorful seafood dish thats perfect for dinner!
Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter softened
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your ovens broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with basil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Arrange the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Broil the fillets for 2-3 minutes. Turn them over and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread the Parmesan mixture over the fillets.
Return to the broiler and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
