– 1 cup vanilla pudding store-bought or homemade

– 1 cup chocolate ganache for topping

– Powdered sugar for dusting, optional


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and prepare a cupcake pan by lining it with cupcake liners.

2. In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together until well combined and set aside.

3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.

4. Add the eggs to the creamed butter mixture one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Then mix in the vanilla extract.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir gently until everything is just combinedbe careful not to over-mix!

6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
