Bisquick Chicken Sausage Balls
A simple and tasty treat perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as an appetizer!
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken sausage cooked and crumbled
2 cups Bisquick mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked chicken sausage and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
