Best Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked turkey or chicken sausage or vegetarian sausage option
1/4 cup diced bell peppers red, green, or yellow
1/4 cup diced onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 450F 230C and grease a baking sheet or pizza stone.
2 Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, then transfer to the baking sheet.
3 In a skillet, cook the sausage or veggie option until browned.
4 Sprinkle the cooked sausage, diced bell peppers, and onions evenly over the pizza dough.
5 Crack the eggs directly onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly across the surface.
6 Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
7 Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are cooked to your desired level.
8 Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
