Banoffee Trifle
Ingredients:
For the Layers:
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate
2 cups whipped cream 籠
1 cup crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
For Garnish:
1/2 cup chopped nuts e.g., pecans or hazelnuts
Extra banana slices
Drizzle of caramel and chocolate sauce

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Base:
1. In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, spread a thin layer of crushed biscuits .
2 Build the Layers:
1. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the crushed biscuits.
2. Drizzle caramel sauce over the bananas, followed by a layer of whipped cream 籠.
3. Pour a layer of chocolate ganache and smooth it out gently.
3 Repeat the Layers:
1. Repeat the layering process biscuits, bananas, caramel, whipped cream, chocolate until the dish is full, ending with whipped cream on top.
4 Garnish and Finish:
1. Top the trifle with extra banana slices, chopped nuts , and drizzles of caramel and chocolate sauce.
5 Chill and Serve:
1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors combine.
