Bang Bang Salmon
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha adjust for spice level
2 tbsp honey optional, for added sweetness
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder to make the bang bang sauce.
3 Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
4 Brush a generous layer of the sauce over each salmon fillet.
5 Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6 Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
