Banana Split Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
For the Layers:
2 cups heavy whipping cream 籠
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20-24 graham crackers
3 large bananas, sliced
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup strawberry jam
For Garnish:
Whole maraschino cherries
Extra banana slices
Drizzle of chocolate syrup

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Whipped Cream:
1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form 籠.
2 Assemble the Layers:
1. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a square or rectangular baking dish.
2. Place a single layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream .
3. Spread whipped cream over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of banana slices .
4. Drizzle with strawberry jam and chocolate syrup .
5. Sprinkle halved maraschino cherries over the top .
6. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a whipped cream layer.
3 Garnish:
1. Top the cake with whole maraschino cherries and extra banana slices .
2. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup .
4 Chill and Serve:
1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to soften and meld together.
