Ingredients:

1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 cup milk
3 cups whipped topping such as Cool Whip
1/4 cup Creme de Menthe liqueur
12 Oreo cookies, crushed Mint Oreos recommended for extra mint flavor
3 tablespoons hot fudge topping
Directions:
Prepare the Chocolate Pudding: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix, Baileys Irish Cream, and milk until smooth. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Make the Mint Whipped Topping: In a separate bowl, gently fold the Creme de Menthe liqueur into the whipped topping until well combined.
Drizzle Parfait Glasses: Drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon of hot fudge topping inside each parfait glass, allowing it to coat the sides decoratively.
Assemble the Parfaits: Using piping bags or spooning carefully, layer the Baileys-infused chocolate pudding, mint whipped topping, and crushed Oreos into the prepared glasses. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of mint whipped topping and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top.
