Annies Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

A fresh and sweet snack with a crispy twistperfect for parties or any occasion!

Ingredients for Fruit Salsa:

2 kiwis peeled and diced

2 apples peeled, cored, and diced

1 cup strawberries diced

1/2 cup raspberries

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 tbsp fruit preserves apricot or strawberry recommended

Ingredients for Cinnamon Chips:

10 flour tortillas

1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar


1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

For Fruit Salsa:

In a large bowl, gently mix together the kiwis, apples, strawberries, raspberries, sugars, and fruit preserves.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

For Cinnamon Chips:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.

Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle it evenly over the tortillas.

Cut each tortilla into wedges and place on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool before serving.

Serve the salsa chilled with the cinnamon chips for dipping. Enjoy this crowd-pleaser!
