Simple Lemon Herb Chicken

A light and zesty chicken dish bursting with fresh lemon and herb flavors!

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme


1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring they are fully coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
