Tiramisu Cheesecake

A luxurious fusion of cheesecake and classic tiramisu for the ultimate indulgence!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

For the Cheesecake:

2 cups mascarpone cheese softened

16 oz cream cheese softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream


1/4 cup strong brewed coffee cooled

2 tbsp coffee liqueur e.g., Kahlúa

For the Topping:

1/4 cup cocoa powder

Dark chocolate shavings optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325F 165C. Grease and line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

For the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a smooth layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in between, followed by the vanilla extract.

Stir in the heavy cream, coffee, and coffee liqueur until fully combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set it should still jiggle slightly.

Let the cheesecake cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
