Do you like eat this Pineapple Pretzel Fluff Salad ?
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz whipped topping like Cool Whip, thawed
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans optional
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes, then allow the pretzel mixture to cool completely. Once cooled, break it into small clusters.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the whipped topping and drained crushed pineapple until well combined.
Gently fold in the pretzel clusters and, if desired, the chopped pecans for added crunch.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
