Nana Dots Irish Soda Bread

A rustic, hearty bread thats quick to make and full of charm! 籠 This Nana Dots Irish Soda Bread is perfect for St. Patricks Day or anytime you crave a slice of warm, buttery goodness!

Ingredients:

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp sugar

蓼 1 tsp baking soda

蓼 1 tsp salt

拏 1 cups buttermilk

杻 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:


1 Preheat oven to 425F 220C and lightly grease a baking sheet.

2 In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

3 Make a well in the center and pour in buttermilk. Mix until a dough forms.

4 Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Shape into a round loaf.

5 Place on the baking sheet and cut a deep X on top with a knife.

6 Bake for 35-40 mins until golden and sounds hollow when tapped. Brush with melted butter while warm.

Serve with butter, jam, or a drizzle of honey! 杻
