1.5 lbs beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Sticky BBQ Glaze:

1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for heat

For Garnish:

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Prepare the Beef Bites:

In a bowl, toss beef cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sticky BBQ Glaze:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Coat the Beef Bites:
