The Perfect Basic Burger
Sometimes, simple is best! 籠 This Perfect Basic Burger is juicy, flavorful, and everything a classic burger should be! Fire up the grill and get ready for burger bliss!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend for best flavor
蓼 Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
燎 Sliced cheese optional
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles
Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayo, or Best Burger Sauce
Instructions:
1 Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
2 Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and gently shape into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
3 Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
4 Cook patties for 3-4 mins per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Add cheese during the last minute of cooking if desired.
5 Toast burger buns lightly.
6 Assemble burgers with patties and your favorite toppings and condiments.
