Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
蓼 Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
燎 4 slices pepper jack cheese
4 burger buns
Sliced tomatoes
暈 Sliced red onions
塞 Lettuce leaves
陋 Sliced avocado optional
For the Cajun Mayo:
cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
1 Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
2 In a bowl, mix ground beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Divide into 4 patties and make a slight indentation in the center of each.
3 Cook patties for 3-4 mins per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Add pepper jack cheese during the last minute of cooking.
4 In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, and lime juice to make the Cajun mayo.
5 Toast burger buns lightly.
6 Assemble burgers with patties, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, avocado if using, and a generous spread of Cajun mayo.
