One-Skillet Spicy Garlic Butter Parmesan Steak Pasta

Ingredients:

12 oz pasta linguine, fettuccine, or penne

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup beef broth

2 tbsp olive oil


1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and the remaining olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic and red pepper flakes for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce thicken slightly.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Return the steak to the skillet and mix everything together.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
