Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups The Ultimate Cheesy Snack!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
cup ketchup for dipping
cup mustard for dipping
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Beef Mixture:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from heat.
Mix in the crumbled bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Rollups:
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Cut into 6 equal strips.
Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto each strip, then roll them up tightly, sealing the edges.
Add the Garlic Butter Topping:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
Brush the garlic butter over each rollup and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake:
Place the rollups on the baking sheet, seam side down.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping. Enjoy!
