Cheesy Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole
Ingredients:
1 25 oz bag frozen cheese ravioli
1 lb Italian sausage mild or hot, browned and drained
1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cups cottage cheese or ricotta
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese or ricotta until smooth.
In the prepared baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom.
Layer half of the frozen ravioli, half of the cheese mixture, half of the browned sausage, and 1 cup mozzarella.
Repeat the layers with remaining sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, sausage, and mozzarella.
Sprinkle the top with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 1015 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley before serving.
