Garlic Butter Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces

12 oz rigatoni pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup whole milk


1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook rigatoni in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season steak tips with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips for 23 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Sauté for 12 minutes until fragrant. Add crushed red pepper flakes if using.

Pour in heavy cream and milk. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.

Return steak tips to the skillet and mix everything gently to combine.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
