Crockpot Steak Bites Eve
Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches for 12 minutes until browned they dont need to be cooked through.
Transfer seared steak bites to the crockpot. Pour the sauce mixture over the top.
Add the minced garlic and cubed butter.
Cover and cook on LOW for 45 hours or on HIGH for 23 hours, until tender.
Stir gently and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
