Classic Meatloaf

Comfort food at its finest! 籠 This Classic Meatloaf is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, topped with a sweet and tangy glaze thatll have everyone asking for seconds! Perfect for a cozy family dinner or meal prep for the week!

Ingredients:

1 lbs ground beef

lb ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

讀 2 eggs

暈 1 onion, finely chopped

龍 2 cloves garlic, minced

cup ketchup

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

蓼 Salt and pepper to taste


For the Glaze:

cup ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

1 Preheat oven to 350F 175C.

2 In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3 Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

4 Mix glaze ingredients and spread over the meatloaf.

5 Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160F 70C.
