Ingredients:
– 2 cups pecans, finely chopped ![]()

– 1 cup brown sugar ![]()
– 1 cup vegetable oil ![]()
– 4 large eggs, beaten ![]()

– 1/4 cup honey ![]()
– 2 tablespoons melted butter ![]()
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray

2. In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, beaten eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth

3. Gradually add the self-rising flour and salt, stirring until just blended

4. Mix in the vanilla extract, honey, and melted butter, then gently fold in the chopped pecans
