Classic Corn Fritter Bread 🌽🍞

A soft and savory bread packed with sweet corn kernels.

Ingredients:

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 eggs

¾ cup milk

1 tablespoon melted butter

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)


Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients – Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2️⃣ Prepare Batter – Whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients.

3️⃣ Add Corn – Fold in corn and cheese. Mix until well combined.

4️⃣ Bake – Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.

5️⃣ Cool & Serve – Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy with butter or a dip!
