Ingredients:

1-2 tablespoons coarse sugar for sprinkling on top

Directions:
1 Prepare the Crust:
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
Cut in Butter: Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and cut it in using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 杻
Add Lemon Juice and Water: Add the lemon juice and ice-cold water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing gently with a fork after each addition until the dough comes together.

2 Make the Strawberry Filling:
Prepare the Strawberries: Slice the strawberries and toss them with cornstarch, sugar, a pinch of salt, and a splash of lemon juice.
Let it Rest: Allow the filling to rest for about 15-20 minutes to thicken slightly.
3 Assemble the Pie:
