Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies

These Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with mini M&Ms and rich chocolate chips! Perfect for anyone who loves a fun and gooey treat with a pop of color. The best part? Theyre easy to make and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

cup cake flour

1 tsp cornstarch

tsp baking soda 療

tsp baking powder 療

tsp salt 蓼

cup cold unsalted butter, cubed 杻

cup brown sugar, packed

cup granulated sugar

1 large egg 讀

1 large egg yolk 讀


1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup mini M&Ms

cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1 Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.

2 In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3 Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugars together until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

4 Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, followed by the chocolate chips. Turn off the mixer.

5 Gently fold in the mini M&Ms with a spatula.

6 Form the dough into 6 large dough balls and place them on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

7 Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

8 Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
