Oreo Sushi Recipe
A creative and fun snack idea using just Oreos and milk! This sweet “”sushi”” is great for parties or a unique treat for any Oreo lover.
Ingredients:
24 Oreos, separated into cookies and cream filling 懶
1/4 cup milk 拏
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Oreo Dough:
Create Crumbs: Place the Oreo cookies without the cream into a food processor and blitz until they turn into fine crumbs.
Form Dough: Add 3 tablespoons of milk to the crumbs and blend until it forms a dough ball.
2 Shape the Dough:
Roll Out: Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and press the Oreo dough into a square shape. Use a rolling pin to roll it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
Trim: Trim the edges to make a perfect square.
3 Prepare the Filling:
Mix Cream Filling: In a bowl, mix the reserved Oreo cream filling with 2 teaspoons of milk until smooth.
4 Assemble the Sushi:
Spread Filling: Evenly spread the creamy filling over the rolled-out Oreo dough.
Roll Dough: Roll the dough tightly into a log, using the plastic wrap to help you.
5 Chill and Serve:
Chill Optional: Wrap the Oreo roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm it up.
Slice and Serve: Slice the roll into sushi-sized pieces and enjoy!

Use a sharp knife for cleaner slices.
