Caramilk Cookies
Thick, gooey, and loaded with chunks of Cadbury Caramilk, these cookies have a crisp exterior and a molten, chocolatey center! Perfect for any chocolate lovers cravings.
Ingredients
200g cold unsalted butter, cubed 杻
180g light brown sugar
80g white caster sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature 讀
225g self-raising flour
125g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
1 tsp salt 蓼
1 tsp baking powder 療
200g Cadbury Caramilk, chopped
100g milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions
1 Prep the Cookie Dough:
Chop the butter and beat it until just softened but not fully creamed. Add both sugars and mix until just combined.
2 Add Eggs:
Mix in the eggs. Dont worry if the mixture looks slightly lumpy at this stage.
3 Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix both flours, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold this into the butter mixture until you get a thick dough.
4 Add Chocolate Chunks:
Fold in the chopped Caramilk and milk chocolate chunks using your hands.
5 Shape the Cookies:
Form the dough into rough 120g balls and place them on a lined baking tray. Chill in the freezer for at least 90 minutes.
6 Bake the Cookies:
Preheat oven to 180C. Bake 3-4 dough balls at a time on a preheated baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, until firm on the outside but still gooey inside.
7 Cool and Enjoy!
