Cranberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake
This festive Cranberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake pairs the tartness of cranberries with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate, making it a perfect dessert for holiday gatherings. Serves 8.
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻
16 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup melted white chocolate
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup whipped cream, for topping
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions:
1 Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan for the crust. 2 In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. 3 Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. 4 Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then swirl the cranberry sauce through the top layer. 5 Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the cheesecake set. 6 Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh cranberries for a festive finish.
