Ingredients

1 cup 227g unsalted butter, room temperature 杻

1 cup creamy peanut butter, room temperature 樂

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 cups 269g light brown sugar, packed

cup 66g granulated sugar

2 large eggs, room temperature 讀

1 large egg yolk, room temperature 讀

1 cups 210g all-purpose flour

cup old-fashioned oats

cup quick oats

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder


teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon salt 蓼

1 cups M&M candies

1 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough

Mix Wet Ingredients: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or in a large bowl with a handheld mixer, beat the unsalted butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla: Mix in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Add Sugars: Gradually add the light brown sugar and granulated sugar, beating until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed, about 2 minutes.

Incorporate Eggs: Add the large eggs and egg yolk, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix Dry Ingredients: Turn off the mixer. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, old-fashioned oats, quick oats, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in Add-Ins: Turn off the mixer and use a spatula to fold in the M&M candies, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and salted peanuts.
