1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
Strawberry Layer:
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Crust Layer:
1 cup crushed shortbread cookies or graham crackers
cup melted butter 杻
Topping:
Fresh strawberry slices
Fresh banana slices
Extra crushed cookies
Whipped cream
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream. Set aside.
2 Make the Banana Pudding Layer:
In another bowl, whisk together the cold milk and banana pudding mix until thickened about 2 minutes.
Fold in the whipped cream to create a light, mousse-like texture. Set aside.
3 Prepare the Strawberry Layer:
In a small bowl, mix the diced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for a few minutes until they release their juices.
4 Make the Crust Layer:
